It is manufactured in India and claims to contain the same active ingredient as Viagra namely, Sildenafil Citrate, however, the product (which usually comes in a 100mg tablet) has not passed quality standard tests for legal sale in the UK.

Essentially, this means that Sildamax is another of the millions of fake Viagra and counterfeit ED medications that are sold enmasse online. Recently, over £15.6 billion pounds worth of Sildamax was seized at the UK border.
